Lindley Food Service is in search of a
LEAD COOK for its Central Kitchen. The
lead cook is responsible for managing
and participating in the food production
operations of the Commissary Kitchen for
the production of Senior meals in the
Mass and Providence RI area. This
includes responsibility for daily food
production of 3,000+ meals.

Qualifications
·
Qualified Food Operator
State Certification; State of RI
·
Five (5) years experience
as cook or chef in food services,
operation including one (1) year work
experience in high volume feeding;
and multi unit operation
·
Knowledge of HAACP
procedures and of health and safety
requirements of food service industry;
The lead cook is responsible for
managing and participating in the food
production operations of the Commissary
Kitchen located in East Providence.
This includes responsibility for daily
food production of 3,000+ meals.
